The works of LifeCare Coalition Outreach (LCCO) is governed by the Board of Directors. The LCCO Board shapes the organization’s direction and activities through its mission, key policies and procedures that allows the operators to channel efforts that ensures that the leadership, available resources, and finances are employed to align with LCCO’s keen vision. The main purpose of the Board Meetings is to monitor and improve the performance of the organization. The Board members meet formally two times each year. Besides the semi-annual meetings, some in-between regular meetings are held depending on need.
