Dr. Anago is a Founding Member and Chairman of the Board of LifeCare Coalition Outreach (LCCO). He is a Fellow of American College of Physicians (FACP). He is currently a partner at Gould Medical Group in Modesto, California, as a Hospitalist. He is also the Founder and President of Anago Medical Foundation. Dr Anago served as the chairman for a non-profit organization, Anambra State Association-USA (ASA-USA) medical mission (2006-2011). His responsibilities included organizing and facilitating medical tools , resources and medical personnel in order to successfully accomplish annual mission trips to rural Nigeria. He was the Medical Director at St Luke’s group of hospitals in Nigeria (1990-1996). Dr Anago received a MDBS from The University of Nigeria, and did his residency in Internal Medicine at Howard University, Washington, DC.

Victoria Anago is a Founding Member and the President of LCCO. She has been involved in medical and education missions in Africa with special emphasis on assisting the disabled and disadvantaged kids and serving as a fundraiser and coordinator for breast cancer awareness, and education campaign under the auspices of Anago Medical Foundation (AMF) in Nigeria and ASA-USA.  As the founder of LCCO and co-founder of AMF, Victoria has a great passion for empowerment of women and children in Africa. She aspires to im her growth-oriented leadership experience to impact relevant skills to the needy.  

Chris has been a school administrator for the past 13 years with the Los Angeles Unified School District, the second largest school district in the United States.  He is currently the principal of Grant Elementary School in Hollywood, California. Grant Elementary is a large, urban elementary school that serves a diverse group of students representing over 25 different home languages. He has worked in different capacities and levels in the public school system including high school English and English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher, middle school English and ESL teacher, categorical program coordinator, assistant principal, and his current position as a principal. He earned his Bachelors’ degree in English in Nigeria, a Masters’ degree in English at California State University, Dominguez Hills and another Masters’ degree in Multicultural Education at the same school. He recently attained a doctoral degree in K-12 Educational Leadership at the University of Southern California (USC).  

Chris is very passionate about his work as a principal, particularly his daily interaction and collaboration with students and their parents. He enjoys working with a school population that serves the historically underserved students. Some of the students at his current school live in homeless shelters and with foster parents in Hollywood. He strives to provide optimal services to those students and their parents to ensure that their circumstances do not interfere with their learning and opportunities to succeed in life. Moreover, Chris also serves as a mentor to many young adults as well as a leader among his immigrant, Nigerian community. 

Violet Nwokoye has an extensive professional experience in both Community Mental Health and in the Legal arena. As an attorney, She is licensed in the States of Texas and Washington DC. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Texas, Northern District of Texas and to The Supreme court of the United States. Violet founded The Nwokoye Law Firm upon graduating in 2003 and has devoted majority of her career handling matters ranging from Business Transaction, Federal and State Civil Litigation to family related matters. She constantly volunteers her service to non-profit organizations like legal aids of North Texas by providing pro bono legal representation to low-income Texas residence. Violet’s interest in her client is the reason she went back to school to acquire another postgraduate degree in mental health counseling to give her the edge to better serve and satisfy her clients. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she has served in different capacity as a mental health counselor and professional at organizations such as Mental Health Mental Retardation of Tarrant County, Millwood Hospital, Trauma Support Service of North Texas.

Dr Hassan is a Practicing Cardiologist, including diagnostic and interventional Cardiology. He currently serves as Director of Chest Pain and STEMI center at The Memorial Medical Center, Modesto, California. He is a Fellow of American College of Cardiology & Fellow of Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention Past Chair of Cardiology at Memorial Medical Center and Doctors Medical Center, Modesto USA. He also served as Chair of Department of Medicine at Doctors Medical Center. Dr Hassan’s keen interest and ambition is to help treat people in Africa, especially children with cardiovascular disease.  I hope to make a difference in the lives of as many people as possible, “with the guidance of God”.  He received his medical education from Medical College of      Wisconsin, Milwaukee and did his residency and Fellowships at VA Medical Center, Martinez CA and University of California, Davis Medical Center respectively.
