 Our personnel constitute the backbone of LCCO’s operations and they are our strength and joy. We engage highly motivated and culturally educated and skilled individuals to provide whole souled service to clients, neighbors and communities. LCCO staff and volunteers enjoy very enriching monthly training that are conducted to keep everyone informed of the latest developments and skills required to provide satisfactory services to all stakeholders. Each LCCO worker and volunteer is empowered to make informed decisions with minimal administrative oversight. Ways to get involved: Donation, Sponsorship, Volunteering, Foster Parenting, Referral.
